Abstract: Систематизовано й узагальнено досвід із питань місця і ролі державних закупівель, а також створення відповідної прозорої та ефективної інфраструктури, що є важливим і вагомим компонентом національної економіки.Систематизирован и обобщен опыт по вопросам места и роли государственных закупок, а также создания соответствующей прозрачной и эффективной инфраструктуры, являющейся важным и весомым компонентом национальной экономики.The experience as for the place and role of state purchases is systematized and generalized, as well as the experience in creation of the corresponding transparent and effective infrastructure that is an important and significant component of the national economy.
