Abstract: Розглядаються формування системи оподаткування прибутку підприємств і організацій в Україні, проблеми удосконалення діючих правових актів з метою поліпшення фінансових відносин на підставі мікрота макроекономічних перетворень у суспільстві.Рассматриваются формирование системы налогообложения прибыли предприятий и организаций в Украине, проблемы усовершенствования действующих правовых актов с целью улучшения финансовых отношений на основании микрои макроэкономических преобразований в обществе.Formation of the system for enterprise and organization profits taxation in Ukraine is considered, as well as the problems concerning improvement of current legislative acts in order to perfect the financial relations on the basis of microand macroeconomic transformations in the society
