Abstract: Розглянуто питання створення, функціонування фінансово-промислових груп в економічній системі України. Визначено їх місце в інституційній структурі перехідної економіки.Рассмотрены вопросы создания, функционирования финансово-промышленных групп в экономической системе Украины. Определено их место в институциональной структуре переходной экономики.The questions of creation and functioning of financial and industrial groups (FIG) in economic system of Ukraine are considered. The place of FIG in institutional structure of transitive economy is determined.
