Abstract: Визначено основні напрями розробки виробничих стратегій на сучасних гірничодобувних підприємствах. Запропоновано оптимізаційну модель для вибору варіанта виробничої стратегіїОпределены основные направления разработки производственных стратегий на современных горнодобывающих предприятиях. Предложена оптимизационная модель для выбора варианта производственной стратегии.Basic directions for the development of industrial strategy for the modern mining enterprises are defined. The optimization model is offered for choosing a variant of industrial strategy.
