Abstract: Проведено аналіз найбільш розповсюджених у світі моделей доступу до інфраструктури електроенергетики (моделі єдиного покупця і моделі доступу сторонніх учасників). Встановлено загальну послідовність доцільної і поступової лібералізації ринку електроенергії України.Проведен анализ наиболее распространенных в мире моделей доступа к инфраструктуре электроэнергетики (модели единственного покупателя и модели доступа посторонних участников). Установлена общая последовательность целесообразной и постепенной либерализации рынка электроэнергии Украины.The analysis of basic models of access to the electric power infrastructure (the Single Buyer model and the Third Part Access model) widely spread in the world is given. The general sequence of expedient and gradual liberalization of electric power market is described.
