Abstract: Розглянуто систему бюджетного планування інвестицій у професійний розвиток працівників підприємства. Сформульовано основні напрями державної політики у сфері інвестицій, професійного розвитку і навчання працюючих та безробітних.Рассмотрена система бюджетного планирования инвестиций в профессиональное развитие работников предприятия. Сформулированы основные направления государственной политики в области инвестиций, профессионального развития и обучения работающих и безработных.The paper discusses the system of budget planning of investments in the professional development of enterprise's personnel. It also formulates the main directions of the effective state policy in the field of investments, professional development and training of employed and unemployed.
