Abstract: Розглянуто етапи становлення хедж-фондів, позитивні і негативні сторони їх впливу на економіку, розкрито основні чинники, які стримують розвиток цих фінансових інститутів в Україні.Рассмотрены этапы становления хедж-фондов, положительные и негативные стороны их влияния на экономику, раскрыты основные факторы, сдерживающие развитие этих финансовых институтов в Украине.The article presents the stages in the development of hedge-funds, their positive and negative influence on the economy; describes the factors hindering the development of above financial institutes in Ukraine.
