Abstract: Розглянуто принципи системного підходу, відповідно до яких будується модель інноваційного процесу науково-виробничого підприємства.Рассмотрены принципы системного подхода, в соответствии с которыми строится модель инновационного процесса научно-производственного предприятия.The paper describes the principles of a system approach in modeling the innovation process in accordance with which the model of innovation process of the scientific-production enterprise is built.
