Abstract: Executive search technology is widely used when it is vital to entice away an experienced and highly qualified professional. Only few Omsk recruiting agencies use this technology. Moreover it is quite expensive so employers prefer to search for top-managers with the help of their own personnel depart aments. The present article is meant for human resources managers and gives an activity algorithm of independent personnel search by the means of Executive search technology.
