Abstract: In the article the questions of organization both management of a intellect-industrial complex and necessity of resolution of problems of the taxation are considered. The purpose of tax regulation of activity is the support innovate of activity of intellect-industrial complexes. The state gives attention to those branches, in which innovate processes have received a wide circulation for maintenance of their competitiveness.
