Abstract:
In engineering process of case policy each economic division is esteemed separately. It has allowed to compare them among themselves and to the competitors by such yardsticks, as rates of growth of sales, relative competitive stand, stage of a life cycle, lobe of the market, attractiveness of branch and other. Thus the principles of segmentation of the market and pairwise confrontation of yardsticks will be realised. In tendered matrixes the different sets of variables will be used.
