Abstract: The article is devoted to a problem of management of the industrial enterprise in modern conditions of managing. In this article the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of realization of diagnostics of the current condition and tendencies of development of operation of business are considered. The circuit describing sequence of works on complex inspection of a condition of a control system and process of acceptance of the administrative decisions at the enterprise is given. The practical application of the offered technique is shown on an example of the enterprises of a chemical and petrochemical complex of Omsk area.
