Abstract: The transformation of the organizing forms enterprise is accompanied by the different processes, which is necessary to take into account in the current activity. The authors of the article have paid attention to financial aspects of the transformations and have considered the costs of the merging and absorptions to corporations: costs of the loss to independence, economic, reorganization and checking.
