Abstract: For the past few years Russia has proved her enormous potential as a growing economy and as a perspective sphere for investors. In this context new forms of investment appear and project financing is one of the most perspective of them. Despite this there are some problems for financial institutions (especially for the commercial banks) in developing project financing in Russia. The article below is focused on the main of them.
