Abstract:
Given article is devoted such phenomenon as organizational commitment of the personnel, interest to which promptly grows, both at researchers, and at experts and at heads at many enterprises. The concept of commitment, its structural components, kinds and formation factors is considered. Also in article practical results of the analysis the adherences received during research at one of the Omsk enterprises are presented
