Abstract: The processes of the merging and absorptions organization are an objective satellite of the development world economic facilities. The Final economic result from deal of the merging or absorptions must become the reception of the synergic effect to united to companies, exceeding costs on reorganization. However, financial-economic analysis result to activity newly formed companies shows that they not always better and effectively, than were before merging.
