Abstract: On measure of the development of the mechanism of attraction investment in domestic business appeared need of the formation full-fledged functioning market of the public accommodation of the shares (IPO). At present modern Russian market IPO is still formed and before he cost(stand) plenty of serious problems, holding up his(its) development.
