Abstract: Nowadays the field of staff level planning lacks a proper regulatory base or faces its non-application. That's why more attention is paid to staff projection approaches based on actual time study results received with the help of motion and time study. The findings received give a possibility to adjust actual number of staff and carry on staff projections more effectively.
