Abstract: Выявляются причины различий в учете взаимных инвестиций России и Украины между официальными статистическими публикациями в обеих странах и мониторингом конкретных инвестиционных проектов. Анализируются особенности и проблемы инвестиционной экспансии российского бизнеса в Украину и украинского бизнеса в Россию. Показано, что инвестиционное взаимодействие России и Украины ведет к усилению комплементарности обеих экономик и развитию интеграции снизу.The reasons of the differences in accounting for mutual investment between Russia and Ukraine -- between official statistical publications in both countries and monitoring of concrete investment projects are established. It is analyzed features and problems of investment expansion of the Russian business to Ukraine and the Ukrainian business to Russia. It is shown that investment interaction of Russia and Ukraine conducts to strengthening of a complementarity of their economy and integration development from below.
