Abstract: Статья посвящена вопросу определения места Общественной палаты Российской Федерации в структуре гражданского общества. Основное внимание в работе отведено определению текущего состояния Общественной палаты в России через анализ ее функций и полномочий. Проведенное исследование соотносит общественную палату с элементами, влияющими фактом своей деятельности на принятие органами власти управленческих решений, характеризует ее в качестве потенциального регулятора отношений общества и государства.This article is dedicated to the definition of a Civil Court's place in the structure of civil society. In this labour principal attention is given to the definition of temporary conditions of the Russian Civil Court through its functions and credentials. Furthermore this research brings the Civil Court into correlation with elements that have influence upon an authority's administrative decisions, and defines it as a potential regulator of the relationships between the society and the state.
