Abstract: В статье рассматриваются закономерности научно-технологического развития. К их числу относятся традиционные, базовые и новые, формирующиеся. Показаны возможности и способы учета перечисленных закономерностей при прогнозировании перспектив научно-технологического развития.In article laws of scientifically-technological development are considered. Their number concern traditional, base and new, formed. Possibilities and ways of the account of the listed laws are shown at forecasting of prospects of scientifically-technological development.
