Abstract: Рассматриваются основные направления и источники пополнения финансовых ресурсов малого предпринимательства в Российской Федерации, которые определяют стратегию и тактику развития малого сектора экономики и являются одним из факторов роста их конкурентоспособности. Приводятся макрофакторы, воздействующие на инструменты развития и стимулирования интенсивного и устойчивого роста предприятий малого бизнесаThe article reviews the main trends and sources of replenishing the small Russian enterprises financial resources which determine the strategy and tactics for the development of small business sector of the economy and are a major factor for increasing its competitiveness. The author sets out macro factors affecting the small business development and specifies stimulation tools designed to achieve sustainable intensive growth of small businesses
