Determination of mediamanagement essence

Abstract:
As a result of media production being distinguished as a separate type of economic activity the mediamanagement appears. The mediamanagement essence is determined through the system, which includes four basic mechanisms: organization and administrative, economic, staff-oriented and information. In the issue of this research it is proved, that exactly these four mechanisms are correlated and necessary, and their implementation is sufficient for carrying out management in mediaenterprises.
