Abstract: Consider the principles of drawing up economic rating. The technique of drawing up the enterprises rating by the criterion of their economic stability on the basis of an integrated indicator has been developed. This indicator must be formed on the basis of enterprise financial condition, its social policy, the efficiency of its marketing activities and economic security. The value scale of enterprise economic stability indicator has been developed to character the type of economic stability. The examples of calculations have been given on the basis of the data of Cherkassy region motor transport enterprises.
