Abstract: Methodical bases of determination of a motor transport enterprise strategic stability level, based on estimation and analysis of stability of motor-transport enterprise separate types of activity with the use of fuzzy sets theory framework, system and multicriterion approaches have been improved. The suggested methodical bases allow not only to estimate strategic stability level of a motor transport enterprise and its subsystems, but also to analyze the change of enterprise stability in dynamics over a number of years.
