Improving the mechanism of information and Advisory services for agricultural producers of the Orel region

Abstract: In article the main problems of development of an informational and consulting upkeep of agricultural producers in the Orel region are proved. Measures of the state support taking into account restrictions of the WTO are defined. The special attention is paid to criteria of an assessment of producers and consultants at selection of the state support. It is proved that regional financial means for support of development of an informational and consulting upkeep of the village need to be allocated in the following two directions: grant support of creation of the innovative consulting organizations; subsidizing of costs of innovative consultations. Also the offered organizational structure of management of agrarian and industrial complex of the Orel region and stages of support of development of informational and consulting providing agriculture are presented in article.
