Abstract: Level of providing agricultural producers of Republic of Belarus by modern agricultural machinery is shown in article and the state support of updating of material base of agrarian and industrial complex is in detail described. The short characteristic of the State program of a sustainable development of the village for 2011-2015 is given and the comparative analysis of conditions of the state and commercial leasing of agricultural machinery for the agricultural organizations, and also conditions of the state leasing is carried out.
