Infrastructure as socio-economic factor of development of physical culture and sport

Abstract: Social infrastructure in general and physical culture and sport in particular plays a huge role in ensuring a decent quality of life of the population, including in rural areas. Unresolved issues in the field of physical culture and sports led to a restriction in the availability of services and do not contribute to the full satisfaction of needs of the population. The article provides the analysis of the sphere of physical culture and sports at the regional and municipal levels. By results of the conducted strategic SWOT analysis were to identify the main problems in this field and prospective ways of development on the example of the Orel region.
