The effect of performance agreement, employee involvement, facilitation, assessment and feedback towards employee performance: a study in Pt. Surya Pamenang, Jawa Timur Province, Indonesia

Abstract: Facing ASEAN Economic Community to deal with foreign companies from various countries needs optimal resources so that local enterprises could increase the employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of performance agreement, facilitation, assessment, feedback, employee involvement towards employee performance. The inferential statistical analysis used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) by collecting data through a survey at PT. Surya Pamenang, Kediri, Jawa Timur Province, Indonesia as many as 150 respondents. The analysis proved that there is a significant positive influence in between the performance agreement, facilitation, assessment, feedback, employee involvement towards employee performance.
