Abstract: В статье рассматриваются предпосылки к развитию инновационной экономики и новых подходов к управлению персоналом. В качестве одного из инструментов анализа, для эффективного управления инновационным предприятием в условиях «экономики знаний», авторы статьи рассматривают методику оценки кадрового инновационного потенциала. В статье изложены основные требования предъявляемые к методике, ее предполагаемая структура и представлены критерии оценки кадрового инновационного потенциала.The article reviews the prerequisites for the development of innovative economy and new approaches to personnel management. As an analysis tool for effective management of an innovative company in a "knowledge economy", the authors consider the methodology to assess the innovative capacity of human resources. The article describes the basic requirements imposed on the method, its intended structure and presents criteria for assessing human innovation capacity
