Abstract: В статье рассматривается процесс модернизации с учетом современного состояния российской экономики и основных глобальных экономических тенденций переходу к «зеленой» экономике и устойчивому развитию. Автор приводит анализ внешних и внутренних вызовов, предлагает и обосновывает необходимость начала модернизационного процесса с повышения роли экологической составляющей при формировании национальной экономической политики.This article discusses the process of modernization, considering the current state of Russian economy and the major global economic trends transition to the "green" economy and sustainable development. The author analyzes the internal and external challenges, proposes and justifies the need to begin the modernization process with enhancing the role of the environmental component in the formation of national economic policy.
