Abstract: Начало третьего тысячелетия знаменуется переходом общества на новый этап развития. Этот этап, часто называется постиндустриальным, информационным, посткапиталистическим, обладает рядом особенностей, характеризующихся изменениями социально-экономических систем и организационных структур предприятий, новыми подходами промышленности, региональной и научно-технической политики, дальнейшим изучением промышленной интеграции и организацией производственных сил.The beginning of the third millennium marks the transition of society into a new stage of development. This stage is often called post-industrial, informational, postcapitalis and it has several features that characterize the changes in socio-economic systems and organizational structures of companies, new approaches of industry, regional and scientific-technical policy, further steps in studying of industrial integration and organization of the productive forces.
