Abstract: В статье показаны основные проблемы развития российского рынка нефтегазового сервиса. Обоснована нежелательность создания государственной нефтесервисной компании. Предложены меры по повышению эффективности российской нефтесервисной отрасли.The paper contains a description of main problems if the Russian market of oil and gas services. It is explained the setting up a state-owned oil service company will not benefit for the Russian oil industry. Measures that would help to increase the effectiveness of oil industry in Russia are proposed.
