The optimization model of working time fund allocation in the theory of marginal utility

Abstract: The article presents the optimization model of the allocation of daily working time fund per person with the use of the theory of marginal utility. The use of the suggested approach helps to define the optimal daily working hours as well as to solve the inverse problem of fixing the appropriate standard wages as a an incentive to daily productive labour. The suggested approach would be effective for the workplaces assessment at the enterprise to reveal the workforce potential.
