Formalization of an industrial enterprise human capital under the innovation development conditions

Abstract: In the article on the basis of research results improved methodological approach to regulate the elements of human capital in terms of innovative development. For the purposes of this form a map of the human capital of an industrial enterprise. Implementing the proposed approach is aimed at improving the efficiency of innovative activity of the enterprise due to operational adjustment elements of the human capital under the corporate strategy of the enterprise.
