Abstract: В статье анализируется современное состояние и проблемы морской индустрии России. Рас‑ сматривается производственный потенциал и специализация судостроительных и судоремонтных заводов Крыма. Обосновывается возможность их возрождения за счет формирования портфеля заказов при участии государства и возвращения России статуса великой морской державы.
