Проводится анализ целей и задач реструктуризации с целью определения роли данного процесса на современных предприятиях.The article deals with the problem of determining the nature and meaning of the restructuring. The analysis of the aims and objectives of restructuring in order to determine the role of this process in modern enterprises.
