Abstract: The trade sector is characterized by a high level of competition. In this connection аssessment of the economic efficiency of trade organizations is a prerequisite of its adaptation to the competitive conditions of market environment. The article is concerned with the main methodological approaches to the integrated study of the efficiency of a trade organization in the commodity market.
