Abstract: The article is about multiadaptation, a promising approach to crisis management in an industrial setting. The issue is extremely relevant in the economy of today's Russia, due to the fact that the development of any company here has to face crisis-like conditions now and then during its lifecycle. The aim of the article is to describe and analyze forms and methods of crisis management as well as to identify the effective tools for crisis management which form the basic apparatus in the system of a company's multiadaptation.
