Abstract: Based on the model of vertical limitations on economic ties, the article shows the economic nature of franchising relations. The author examines the corporate and economic peculiarities of entrepreneurial activity based on franchising, and the specifics of its legal regulation. Suggestions concerning the establishment and management of franchising systems are made.
