Abstract: The article considers the issues of the entry of the Baltic States stock exchanges into OMX trade association, the establishment and development of NOREX, Nordic and Baltic trading system, and SAXESS, the North Baltic trading system, the advantages of the OMX system as a unified trading system and the approved trade regulations which will be applied upon the entry of the OMX member countries into the EU, as well as the development prospects for the integrated trading system of the OMX member countries.
