Abstract: The article examines the main trends in the current development of the global hotel industry. The author also points out that the hotel industry is the key component of the whole tourist sphere. The author also deals with the issues of management centralization and integration, which is characteristic for the global hotel industry development, and justifies the objective need for integration in the sphere of accommodation facilities
