Abstract: The institution of logistics operators, which is becoming an essential link in the system of alcoholic products supplies, can gear up the development of the liquor industry in the Russian Federation, enhance its efficiency and improve the profile of the alcohol market. Close cooperation between the operators and retail can lower the costs of goods traffic and can also increase the tax revenue into the budget of Russian Federation.
