Abstract: The article presents additional materials for the existing methods of feasibility analysis of leasing relationships. The author's suggestions make it possible to define the parameters which make leasing preferable over other methods of financial backing of purchase of assets/employment of capital for the lessee/lessor; it is also possible to define the terms of the contract which enable all major participants to get optimum results from the implementation of the leasing project. The article also helps to consider the specifics of one of the industries of Russian economy.
