Abstract: The article is devoted to one of the urgent issues of banking regulations, which is outsourcing some functions. The author proves that this banking strategy has to be regulated by national banking supervision authorities, and also provides a detailed analysis of the main documents of international banking supervision authorities concerning the regulation of this type of banking activity.
