Abstract: В работе обоснована потребность использования автоматизации и дистанционного обслуживания в сфере услуг. Описан механизм внедрения автоматизации. Описаны основные модели внедрения дистанционного обслуживания. Показано, что применение автоматизации и дистанционного обслуживания являются основными тенденциями развития сферы услуг в современных условиях.The author has proved the need for automation and remote maintenance in the service sector. He described the mechanism of introduction of automation. The article describes the basic model of remote service implementation. It is shown that the use of automation and remote maintenance are the main trends in the development of services in modern conditions.
