Abstract: Одной из существующих проблем стратегического планирования. России является отсутст ие заимос язи между стратегическими целями, показателями эффекти ности программы, конкретными мероприятиями и планом их реализации рамках стратегии. Недостаточная степень проработки этого опроса едет к перерасходу бюджетных средст и недостижению плано ого значения показателей. В статье предложен методический подход к отбору мероприятий для реализации рамках программы стратегического раз ития горнопромышленного комплекса регионального значения. Основу подхода составляет авторская система показателей.One of the existing strategic planning problems in Russia is the lack of interconnection between the strategic objectives, performance indicators of the program, the specific projects and their implementation plan under the strategy. Insufficient degree of this issue elaboration leads to cost overruns and failure to achieve the planned values of the indicators. In this article, the methodical approach to the selection of the projects to be implemented in the framework of the strategic development program of the mining industry of regional importance was proposed. The basis of the approach is a system of indicators, which was developed in a previous articles.
