Abstract: In scientific article explores the basic socio-economic strategies of active longevity in the Russian Federation in the context of raise the retirement age in the country. The possibilities of growth of the retirement age for women to 60 years to cover the deficit of the Pension Fund of Russia are considered. Evaluates the organization of employment of pensioners of the Russian Federation and analyzes the comparable international experience.
