Development of the social-economic systems from the standpoint of innovative-strategic management

Abstract: The article concerns the issues of the social-economic systems development. It is suggested considering it as the process of realization of the innovative system potential which is a temporal function of the innovation potency. The thesis is given proof that the innovations management for enterprises is one of the determinant one of the innovative-strategic resources.
