Abstract:
Entirely under state control, the educational institutions do not use the opportunities arising from market mechanisms that can improve their flexibility and adaptability. Finding the optimal ratio of state and market mechanisms becomes a topical issue in the theory and practice of educational activities. In this context the question of the autonomy of higher education institutions becomes crucial. Hence the purpose of this article is research and analysis of the parameters, indicators and mechanisms of institutional autonomy of educational institutions in the market of educational services.
